Oliver Harlan is a Los Angeles based songwriter and artist who performs live on twitch where he writes songs in front of a live audience. Oliver writes songs from the point of view of characters he creates, from tv and media and very occasionally from his own life. His recent work includes the 2024 album Nine Songs of Vampiric Devotion. A baroque-pop concept album that launch last Halloween.
